They said I should say something like, "Christene Jackson, M. Ed. is on a mission to change the world."

They were right....that is my mission!  A big goal?  YES! You better believe it.  But, nothing great ever happened from dreaming small!

I am a fierce advocate for community inclusion, respect, and support of individuals with disabilities and their families.  As a former special education teacher, special education administrator and parent of a child, now adult, with significant special needs, I am knowledgeable and a determined author, speaker and voice for the voiceless.

I speak to groups about advocacy, special education, perseverance, inclusion and works with parenting groups, religious organizations, school districts, women’s groups and educational/special needs associations.

I know that as a society, we can do better!  And only by talking and sharing and learning will we finally succeed in ensuring ALL people are accepted and loved.

If you have an idea for your organization or group that isn't covered here, send me an email and let's talk.

Finding Faith through Fury

I am a mom, an entrepreneur, an educator and follower of Christ, not necessarily in that order.  I share a message of our responsibility to live the best life we can, regardless of our current situation.  My transition back to Christ, through so much anger, was a journey of a thousand miles.  I didn't know it at that time, but my journey was a gift, a blessing.  This path led me to an enlightenment of how we should live and lead, an enlightenment of how we can go out and impact the world.
